Job summary

Actalent in Newton, MA is seeking an Engineering Test Technician to perform electromechanical assembly and testing in a fast-paced environment. You will read and interpret drawings and work instructions, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure compliance with procedures and quality requirements while supporting receiving, packaging, and other operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency.

Work Environment

• Approximately 70-75% hands-on electromechanical assembly work

• Fast-paced engineering and manufacturing environment

• Opportunity to support medical device and robotics technology

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM (8:00 AM-4:30 PM may be available)

This is a Contract position based out of Newton, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
