Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of electronics assembly, thermal management and thermal interface materials
• Ability to gather, understand, and interpret mechanical, thermal and chemical test data.
• Understanding of mathematical and statistical methods relevant to thermal performance testing
• Solid interpersonal skills; able to work in a team and independently on multiple tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in PowerPoint, Word & Excel; familiarity with Statistical Analysis Software is mentioned
• Executes engineering test requests accurately and efficiently while adhering to site safety practices

Responsibilities

• Operate various lab equipment including robotic liquid dispensing equipment and thermal performance testing systems.
• Perform demonstrations and training within the lab.
• Analyze and interpret data from mechanical, thermal, and chemical tests.
• Maintain safety practices and documentation in the lab.

Electronic Test Lab Tech requires:

• Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering or an engineering field with an emphasis on electronics packaging and thermal management.
• Basic knowledge of electronics assembly, thermal management and thermal interface materials
