Qualifications

• Undergraduate engineering students in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical disciplines.
• GPA ≥ 3.00 on a 4.0 scale.
• Preference for candidates able to rotate through multiple terms.

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of First Solar's business model and technology environment.
• Participate in the co-op program and role-specific training.
• Perform analytical project work with cross-functional teams.
• Lead or participate in meetings with staff and customers.
• Present project accomplishments to leadership at term end.
