Job summary

Stratus Team, LLC is seeking a Director of Engineering Technology in Atlanta to lead the strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of engineering technologies across multiple disciplines. You will ensure digital tools, platforms, workflows, and data systems support high-quality design delivery and operational efficiency.

The role partners with engineering leaders, IT, and executives to align tech initiatives with business objectives, driving innovation and ROI across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in engineering or architectural design with leadership in technology.
• Experience in multidisciplinary A/E environment serving multiple markets.
• Proven track record leading technology initiatives and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a firm-wide engineering technology strategy aligned with business goals and growth.
• Lead digital transformation, design tech adoption, automation, and data-driven workflows.
• Evaluate BIM, digital twins, AI-assisted design, and cloud collaboration platforms for adoption.
