Job Summary:

This position serves as a front office assistant providing clerical support and excellent customer service in the Engineering Technology Office working directly under the Engineering Technology Department Chair and the Engineering Technology’s Office Coordinator.

Coverage needed in various shifts M-F 8am-5pm in average of 8-10 hours/week. In-person only. Currently recruiting to start as soon as possible in Fall 2026. Please indicate your current and/or anticipated class schedule in cover letter.

Job Duties:
Duties include: answering and directing incoming phone calls; addressing and assisting guests, students, faculty, staff, and the general public; running errands; Picking up and distributing packages as well as dispensing mail, and other general office duties; setting up conference room for meetings and presentations; assisting with general hosting; assisting with Department events to include some moderate lifting and moving as needed
