Job Description:

GDIT is seeking an Engineer Technician V to support the SACSS program in Chula Vista, California. This is an onsite position, and no relocation assistance is provided. Must be a US Citizen.

• Installs, maintains, repairs, overhauls, troubleshoots, modifies, constructs and tests electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment on Naval Vessels.
• Applies electronics principles to ensure equipment functionality and resolve problems.
• Troubleshoots malfunctions using diagnostic equipment.
• Modifies circuitry for performance improvements.
• Provides operation and maintenance instructions.
• Performs preventative maintenance.
• Participates in special projects.

Requirements:
