Job summary

Teradyne in North Reading, MA is seeking an Engineering Technician to support new product engineering for defense & aerospace products. You will verify assemblies, read engineering drawings, and collaborate with Design Engineering to improve manufacturability.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with PLM based control architectures and motion control is a plus.

Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a skilled Engineering Technician to support new product engineering of Teradyne's Defense & Aerospace products. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the validation of new designs and modification of existing designs by collaborating closely with Design Engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with assembly processes, be proficient in interpreting assembly drawings and CAD models, and have a strong background in system, sub-assembly, and instrument assembly.

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $63,040-$97,760. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.

Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
