The Engineering Technician Supervisor is the primary, hands‑on leader responsible for the daily execution and performance of their team in safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) metrics. This role focuses on direct engagement and reinforcement of company standards, developing the technical capability of team members, and driving daily execution through consistent application of management operating systems (i.e. MDI). The Supervisor is responsible for training, coaching, and maintaining a disciplined, safe, and productive work environment.
