Job summary

Sol-Ark Inc. is seeking a Part-time Engineering Technician to support electrical and QA tasks in the R&D lab. The position is onsite at our warehouse in Allen, Texas, and will be supervised by an engineer or lab manager.

Responsibilities include functional testing for 4G and dongle, mobile app testing, PCB testing of failed boards, and creating functional line diagrams while collecting test logs and reports.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately collect, track, and document test results.
• Ability to read and interpret basic electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and functional block diagrams.
• Exposure to mobile applications, wireless communications, or IoT devices is a plus.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting.
• Familiarity with testing and troubleshooting electronic hardware.
• Basic understanding of electrical and electronic systems, circuits, and PCB components.

Location:

This position will be onsite at our warehouse in Allen, Texas (Dallas-Fort Worth area).

Full-time W-2 ONSITE opportunity (not remote)!
