Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS with 2+ years of manufacturing or product development experience, or 6+ years without a degree.
• Strong knowledge of electronics circuits and soldering SMT.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to schedule and prioritize multiple projects with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build prototypes and design test fixtures for engineering projects.
• Conduct measurements, document results, and support engineering decisions.
• Create and maintain work instructions, BOMs, and process documentation.
• Calibrate instruments, maintain records, and ensure timely production handoffs.
• Collaborate with engineering, managers, and technicians across teams.
