Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with industrial machinery.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work standing for long shifts and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a Secret DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment including presses, loaders, and automation-enabled systems.
• Program CNC mills, lathes, wire EDM, and sinkers (preferred).
• Read, edit, and create blueprints using CAD software (Inventor).
• Proficient in precision measurement with micrometers and calipers.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspect drives, motors, belts, and replace filters as needed.
• Diagnose mechanical problems and reference drawings, manuals, or parts catalogs.
