Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in Electronic Technology or similar is preferred.
• Active IPC-WHMA-A-620 certification may be required at supervisor's discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to production to meet quality, cost, and on-time delivery goals.
• Resolve production issues using root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Build, test, and evaluate engineering samples and prototypes.
• Use lean manufacturing tools to reduce waste and improve quality (5S, Kanban, standard work).
• Participate in continuous improvement and sustaining engineering activities.
