Qualifikationen

• Associates degree or vocational certificate in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• GIS/database experience required.
• MAXIMO experience is desirable.
• AutoCAD drafting experience desirable.
• Strong computer skills and/or programming experience are desirable.
• Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel and Access proficiency.
• Valid Hawaii State Driver's License.
• Basic knowledge of water, wastewater systems, assets, algebraic calculations and scientific terminology.
• Excellent verbal, written, communication skills, organized and detail oriented.

Aufgaben

• Provides support to Engineering staff in capital project delivery tasks (RFP writing, contract formatting, as-built review).
• Proficient with ArcGIS Pro and MAXIMO for asset management and GIS tasks.
• Creates construction level drawings in CAD under engineer direction.
• Researches existing infrastructure using databases, maps, drawings, photos and paper files with limited support.
• Communicates with various teams to collect data and coordinate requests.
• Documents work and maintains records in databases and paper files.
• Operates large format printers and scanners.
• Assists with field surveys using GPS devices and topographic data collection.
• Maintains asset registry and monitors work management in the asset management system.
• Performs data validation to ensure integrity and conformance with specs.
