Job summary

SciTech Services, Inc. in Edgewood, MD is seeking an Engineering Technician to support the DEVCOM team. The role involves generating 3D and 2D product data packages, incorporating engineering changes into legacy drawings, and reviewing data for contract deliverables.

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen eligible for DoD Secret clearance, with a high school diploma and 3 years’ experience with AutoCAD or SolidWorks, plus familiarity with configuration management and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 3 years’ experience with AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
• Familiarity with configuration management workflows and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Generate 3D and 2D product data packages.
• Incorporate engineering changes into drawings of legacy systems.
• Review data delivered to DEVCOM on contract and support CM workflows.
• Manage and participate in the CCB process.
• Modify and/or update Technical Data Packages (TDP).
• Apply DoD drawing standards and GD&T.
