Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or IS-related field preferred.
• SQL knowledge and database familiarity required.
• Fluent English; manufacturing or computer industry exposure is a plus.
• Experience with data analysis and problem solving is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test solutions for computer repair related problems as directed by engineering.
• Assist engineers, conduct tests, and collect data for improvement.
• Perform quality control testing, assembly, and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Support warehouse processes and cost-reduction analyses for better flow.
