Job summary

SMS InfoComm Corporation is seeking an Engineering Technician to develop and test solutions addressing computer repair problems. You will assist engineers, run tests, collect data, and participate in system requirements evaluation and implementation.

The role emphasizes data analysis, process improvement, and cost-efficient warehouse operations. A BS in CS/IS or related field is preferred; SQL/database knowledge, strong communication, and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in computer science or IS; business admin considered.
• Experience in related computer repair industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL and databases is required.
• Fluent English required. Manufacturing or computer industry experience is a plus.

SummaryThe Engineering Technician is responsible for developing and testing solutions to solve technical problems related to all aspects of computer repair. Assists engineers, conducts tests and collects data.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
