This role will involve mastering the assembly of complex robotic equipment and translating expertise to team members who will build the products. It is a hands‑on position intended for team members who like to build strong, self‑directed teams.
Qualifying and servicing ISI's internally owned functional test fixtures. Responsibilities will include software updates, troubleshooting, repair, and calibration. The role requires technical expertise, experience, and the ability to make independent decisions. The candidate should demonstrate competency to perform the duties of an Engineering Technician. Additionally, this person is to assemble a variety of products, meeting quality and productivity goals, within a manufacturing work environment. Candidates must be highly motivated with a strong sense of shared responsibility as well as a commitment to high product quality. Successful candidate will have both the technical depth to resolve complex design and manufacturing issues as well as the ability to work in an interdisciplinary team to troubleshoot higher‑level system issues. A strong sense of shared responsibility and shared reward is required as well as a commitment to high product quality.
We provide market‑competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications.
