Renesas Electronics seeks an entry-level engineering technician to support the radiation effects test team in Palm Bay, FL. You will prepare DUTs/PCBs, set up lab equipment, and execute SEE and TID campaigns, including multiple facility visits.
You will work hands-on with test hardware, travel to external facilities, and document results with attention to detail, while embracing lab safety and ESD practices.

We are seeking a motivated entry-level engineering technician to support our radiation effects test team. In this role you will prepare devices and circuit boards for testing and help execute radiation test campaigns, with a primary focus on single event effects (SEE) testing and a secondary focus on high dose rate total ionizing dose (TID) testing. You will work hands‑on with test hardware and instrumentation in the lab and travel to external radiation test facilities (gamma, X‑ray, proton, and heavy‑ion beam sources) to support live test campaigns.
