Are you ready to be part of a mission-driven team at Cape Canaveral? We're actively seeking anEngineering Technicianto join our dynamic team supporting cutting-edge Navy programs. In this role, you'll operate, maintain, and troubleshoot high-energy systems while working closely with Navy personnel and contractors at a U.S. Navy Test Facility located on Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. What You'll Do

  • Operate and conduct regular maintenance on the High-Pressure Air, Hydraulic, Chilled Water, Nitrogen, and Low-Pressure Air systems.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance in design reviews, trade studies, and other technical meetings
  • Draft, edit, and maintain equipment operational and maintenance procedures as required.
  • Establish positive relationships with customers, vendors, engineers, and technicians to plan, modify, and deliver fully operational systems

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of hands-on experienceoperating, maintaining, and repairing high-energy systems.
  • Comprehensive knowledgeof facility management, construction practices, code compliance, operational safety, and configuration management.
  • Active DoD SECRET clearance or higher, or held an active clearance within the past two years.
  • Strong team playerwith the ability to work independently, manage priorities, and support multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively.
  • Experience with the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) program and SSP, including its culture, practices, and key stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline
  • Experience with 2D/3D CAD (Solidworks, Solid Edge, or CREO)
