Job summary

You will collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues, collect and analyze production data, and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, and cost reduction.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Technology, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering and production teams to resolve manufacturing issues and minimize disruptions.
• Investigate production challenges, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, and cost reduction.
• Assist with tooling changes, new product introductions, and process improvement activities.
• Collect, compile, and analyze production data to support process control efforts.
• Coordinate communication between shifts and departments to address operational priorities.
• Ensure work areas remain stocked with necessary materials and supplies.
• Support day-to-day operational needs, including material movement, waste removal, productivity updates, and quality-related concerns.
• Work with engineering to understand process deviations and associated risks.

Education
