Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed drawings and fabrication plans based on engineering designs.
  • Create erection, approval, permit drawings, and anchor rod layouts.
  • Continuously develop technical expertise and knowledge of industry standards.
  • Work closely with project teams and maintain project schedules.
  • Work closely with project teams to identify challenges, propose solutions, and ensure cost‑effective, efficient project execution.
  • Maintain project schedules to meet customer needs and ensure high‑quality service.
  • Contribute to department objectives, profitability goals, and continuous improvement as part of a high‑performance team.

What You’ll Do
  • Prepare detailed drawings and fabrication plans based on engineering designs and project specifications.
  • Create erection drawings, approval drawings, permit drawings, and anchor rod layouts.
  • Continuously develop technical expertise and improve knowledge of products, materials, and industry standards.
  • Upload, edit, and release parts into the manufacturing system for production.
  • Work closely with project teams to identify challenges, propose solutions, and ensure cost‑effective, efficient project execution.
  • Maintain project schedules to meet customer needs and ensure high‑quality service.
  • Contribute to department objectives, profitability goals, and continuous improvement as part of a high‑performance team.
What We’re Looking For
  • Associate or 2‑year technical degree, or 2 additional years of relevant experience.
  • Problem‑solvers with strong technical and communication skills who thrive in a collaborative environment.
