Looking for an opportunity to move into engineering? We are looking for a highly skilled production equipment Engineering Technician to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the continuous operation of production equipment, maintain uptime, and troubleshoot issues promptly on the production floor. This role requires someone who is hands-on, with a focus on equipment reliability with hours from 2pm-10:30pm Monday- Friday paying between $29-$35/hr.

What you will do:

• Perform validation support, system documentation, and assist in new equipment installations.
• Work closely with manufacturing engineers to troubleshoot and support line performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic system failures on the production floor.
• Coordinate with production operators and supervisors to quickly address issues affecting the production line.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance to comply with GMP and ISO requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance production line efficiency and equipment performance.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and report any potential hazards associated with equipment operations.

Key requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational school certification in electrical, mechanical, or electro-mechanical technologies.
• 4+ years of experience in production equipment maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment.
• Knowledge of GMP and ISO compliance standards.
