Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Associate degree in Engineering Technology or related field preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience in a manufacturing, chemical processing, or regulated production environment.
• Experience following SOPs, troubleshooting equipment, and supporting routine maintenance.
• Ability to safely handle chemicals and operate production equipment.
• Strong documentation skills and knowledge of process parameters such as temperature, flow, and pressure.

Responsibilities

• Safely execute chemical manufacturing operations following established procedures and safety protocols

• Assist with R&D runs and support scale-up or pilot production activities
• Participate in safety inspections, audits, and EHS improvement initiatives
