Job description

Carlsbad, CA (Multiple sites within approximately 1 mile of each other. Candidates must be able to travel between sites as required)

SHIFT: 1st 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

The hiring team is specifically seeking candidates with strong hands-on electromechanical troubleshooting experience. Candidates should demonstrate experience supporting manufacturing environments, including:

• Mechanical assembly
• Electrical troubleshooting
• Automation system interfacing

Entry-level candidates can be trained, but prior experience in mechanical assembly, electrical troubleshooting, and automation system interfacing is beneficial. Engineer Techs require strong demonstrated experience in these areas. All candidates should be comfortable managing multiple conflicting priorities and be adaptable to rapid priority changes. Strong documentation skills are required. Candidates must be comfortable creating and maintaining accurate records in a regulated manufacturing environment.

The Process Sustaining Engineering Technician supports manufacturing operations through hands-on troubleshooting, equipment support, and process improvement activities. This role requires strong electromechanical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated production environment. Technicians are responsible for identifying and resolving equipment issues, supporting process stability, and ensuring accurate documentation of all work performed. Candidates must be comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing production needs.
