Job summary

The Manistee County Road Commission is seeking a full-time Engineering Technician to support the Manager in engineering, project management, and administrative tasks. The role requires independent work to complete both basic and more advanced projects.

Candidates must have a valid Michigan driver's license, a clean driving record, and must pass new hire and random drug and alcohol screens. Evening and extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED, or equivalent, supplemented with an associate degree in engineering or Construction Technology, or 3 years minimal Construction Engineering experience.
• Valid Michigan driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
• Must be able to pass new hire and random drug and alcohol screens.
• Available to work extended hours.
