You will translate complex engineering details into user-friendly resources for engineers, operators, and field personnel.

Collaborate with engineers, designers, and production teams to capture accurate information, create visuals, and ensure compliance with FRA, AAR, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain operator, maintenance, and parts manuals.
• Translate engineering designs and procedures into clear instructions for end users.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and field personnel to gather information.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage illustrations, diagrams, and visuals with CAD teams.
• Ensure documentation complies with FRA, AAR, safety guidelines.
• Update docs to reflect engineering changes and field feedback.
• Support development of training materials for operators and technicians.
• Review and edit content for clarity, consistency, accuracy.
