Job summary

You will translate engineering designs into clear instructions, collaborate with engineers and CAD teams, update docs with product changes, and ensure compliance with FRA/AAR standards. 3–5 years of experience and a technical-writing background are required.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or associate degree in business, technology, or related field; Bachelors preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years’ experience with technical writing or documentation.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of engineering products and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical documentation including operator, maintenance, and parts manuals.
• Translate designs, specifications, and procedures into clear end-user instructions.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and field personnel to gather information and validate content.
