Job summary

JC Automation Corp. is seeking an Engineering Technical Lead to support GMP-regulated manufacturing operations with emphasis on Packaging and Inspection equipment.

The role requires a strong technical background and ability to troubleshoot, install, and startup equipment while coordinating with multiple engineering disciplines. The ideal candidate will lead design processes, participate in front-end planning, and drive change controls and CAPA along with ensuring compliance with EHSS and site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical preferred.
• Experience managing capital projects or reviewing designs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical engineering support for Packaging and Inspection manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and process issues.
• Support equipment installation, commissioning, and startup activities.
• Coordinate engineering activities with manufacturing, maintenance, quality, and validation teams.
• Review and update technical documentation, procedures, and drawings as required.
• Support change controls, investigations, and CAPA implementation.
• Ensure GMP, safety, and site engineering standards compliance.
• Participate in equipment performance improvements and reliability initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance during maintenance, upgrades, and process optimization.
• Support project execution and engineering deliverables as assigned.
