Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Fremont, CA is seeking an Engineering Technician III to join the Engineering team. You will assemble, diagnose, and test complex electro-mechanical systems on the production floor, applying CAD tools and GMP standards to enhance product quality and manufacturability.

We value hands-on problem solving, CAPA resolution, and training/mentoring of technicians while supporting design reviews and process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required, pursuing an AA in Engineering Technology or related field.
• 4-6 years electro-mechanical technician experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient with CAD/ SolidWorks and drafting software; strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, diagnose, and test complex electro‑mechanical systems on the production floor.
• Support CAPA resolution and root cause analysis (8D, FMEA) activities.
• Train Technicians and Operation Trainers to SOPs and procedures.
• Maintain and update process documents, drawings, and eRec ipes.
• Assist in design reviews and implementation of new processes and tooling.
