About the Role What You'll Do

In this role you will support our distribution centers through a diversified approach of engineering principles and practices to successfully maximize productivity, quality, and service. You will need to Try Fast, Learn Fast, Think Big by leveraging engineering techniques to establish methods for maximizing optimization with a focus on continuous improvement that positively impacts our business and customers.

Who You Are

• Develop and document work flows to create standard operating procedures.
• Perform time studies and use pre-determined time measurement tools to develop estimates, production standards, and evaluate continuous improvement oportunities.
• Audit results of incentive program to validate rewards are equitable and correct.
• Audit processes to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Suggest revisions to operation methods, material handling, or equipment layout
• Interpret engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, and formulas
• Provide input quality and reliability standards
• Prepare charts, diagrams, and other graphs to illustrate workflow, routing, floor layouts, and data or material flows.
• Collect data to assist in process improvement activities
• Support major projects or initiatives as needed
• Other duties as required and assigned
