Job summary

Ford is seeking a senior process coach to lead manufacturing improvements in our Cincinnati area plant. You will ensure standards are applied, coach teams, and drive the Results Process using standard tools to meet SQDCPME objectives.

You must mentor teams, teach Ford Production System principles, handle escalation with management, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. This role is on-site with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Production experience required.
• Ability to interface with plant personnel and management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience presenting to plant management.
• Union negotiations experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Confirm standards are in place and adhered to.
• Facilitate Results Process using standard tools.
• Coach and support teams to achieve SQDC PMOE objectives.
• Address abnormalities and verify permanent corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement on systemic issues.
• Provide resources to maintain production flow and critical inputs.
