Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of five years of teaching experience at the middle or upper school level.
  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering or a closely related field (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Applied Engineering; Math or advanced degree preferred.)
  • Experience with project-based learning, design thinking, and hands-on, build-oriented instruction.
  • Ability to connect with and inspire students.
  • Desire and ability to collaborate on curriculum development and interdisciplinary projects .
  • Excellent people skills and strong communication abilities (oral and written.)
  • Mastery of Google Workspace for Education and comfort with new technologies (e.g., CAD, fabrication tools, or coding platforms is a plus.)
  • Experience working with high-achieving or gifted students is an asset.
