We are looking for a Technical Recruiter who will own Engineering hiring, build strong pipelines, and partner with leaders to maintain a high hiring bar as we grow.

You will source, assess, and close engineers across levels, design sourcing strategies, and continuously improve our interview process to create an efficient, thoughtful candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience across Engineering roles.
• Deep sourcing experience with pipelines for hard-to-reach engineers.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to understand engineering work.
• Experience partnering with Engineering leaders and shaping search strategy.
• Skilled at navigating offers and closing candidates.
• Startup or high-growth experience with adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, from proactive sourcing through close.
• Partner with Engineering leaders to define roles and calibrate what great looks like.
• Build evergreen pipelines by developing relationships with engineers early.
• Design sourcing strategies and develop new talent channels.
• Use recruiting data to diagnose searches, identify bottlenecks, adjust strategy.
• Improve hiring processes, interview design, candidate experience, and closing.
