Wealthfront is seeking a Talent Intelligence Analyst to support hiring across Wealthfront, with a focus on our engineering organization. You will build talent maps, write conviction packets, and help craft roles based on market insights, partnering with executive stakeholders across the company.

You will identify passive candidates, structure data on talent flows and benchmarks, and contribute to sourcing playbooks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years producing written analyses used by executives or in talent intelligence
• Ability to translate messy inputs into clear, concise outputs
• Experience in executive search research, talent intelligence, or technical sourcing is preferred

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain talent maps for key functions, teams and products
• Write conviction packets with evidence, risks, and interview requirements
• Make and defend the negative call, explaining why candidates are screened out
• Help leaders frame roles and requirements based on market insights
• Identify passive candidates via technical communities, talks, open source, and published work
• Pull and structure data on talent flows, team growth signals, comp benchmarks
• Contribute to sourcing playbooks and frameworks
