Job summary

Wealthfront is seeking a Talent Intelligence Analyst to support hiring across Wealthfront, with a focus on our engineering org. You’ll partner with executive leaders and help drive efficient hiring decisions with precise, data-backed insights.

You will craft detailed conviction packets, surface talent market signals, and identify passive candidates through communities and open sources, shaping roles and requirements to attract the right talent.

Qualifications

• 2+ years producing written analyses that informed hiring decisions or research.
• Systems thinking to analyze decisions and downstream effects.
• Ability to shape messy inputs into clear, concise output.
• Read technical backgrounds and extract signals from GitHub, talks or blogs.
• Strong written communication with high specificity.
• Comfort calibrating with senior leaders and defending positions with evidence.
• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain talent maps for key functions and teams that produce the required profiles.
• Write conviction packets with evidence, risks, and interview requirements.
• Make and defend the negative call, explaining why a candidate was screened out.
• Help leaders frame roles and requirements using talent market insights.
• Identify passive candidates through technical communities and open sources.
• Pull and structure data on talent flows, comp benchmarks, and skill concentration.
• Contribute to team frameworks, templates, and sourcing playbooks.
