Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
2+ years of sourcing experience for engineering roles.
Proficiency in G-Suite, Greenhouse, and sourcing tools (Gem and SeekOut).
Fluent in Boolean logic and CRM re-engagement searches.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and iterating on sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop tailored sourcing strategies for high-volume technical roles, focusing on mobile and software engineering.
Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of top-tier technical talent using outbound sourcing and CRM re-engagement.
Attend intake meetings to understand role requirements.
Conduct recruiter screens and share calibrated recommendations with the hiring manager.
Create market maps and talent intelligence reports with TAM insights.
Run A/B tests on outreach strategies to improve candidate funnel performance.
Balance speed with personalization in outreach at scale.
