Job summary

Boeing Encore Interiors Aerospace is seeking an Engineering Systems Specialist to support, administer, and expand Windchill PLM and CATIA CAD tools across our aerospace programs. You will ensure daily system reliability, assist engineers, and implement improvements that align with business needs.

The role requires a 4-year degree, 3+ years Windchill PLM administration, CATIA experience, and strong documentation skills. Extended hours may be needed, and US work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY

The Engineering Systems Specialist is responsible for the support, administration, and expansion of Windchill PLM and CATIA CAD tools across Boeing Encore Interiors Aerospace. This role ensures that day-to-day engineering system functionality is reliable, efficient, and aligned with business and engineering needs.

The Engineering Systems Specialist works closely with the IT Director to support tool expansion initiatives and partner with Engineering department leads to ensure system performance targets are understood and achieved.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS – Education, Knowledge, and Experience

Education:

· Bachelor\'s Degree in Programming, Computer Science or related field

Experience:

• 3+ years' experience in Windchill PLM Administration and Support ·
• 1+ years' experience as end user
• Experience providing CAD systems support
• Experience in analysis, implementation, and evaluation of PLM systems
• Experience in technical documentation
• Experience in end user support or customer support

Skills:

• Sound understanding of PLM systems preferably Windchill
• Sound understanding of CAD systems preferably CATIA

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• End user support
• Technical Documentation
