Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Systems Manager to administer and integrate AutoCAD, M-Files, Procore, Arena PLM, and related engineering software.

You will support controlled information, efficient workflows, and reliable data exchange. The role requires seven years of experience in engineering or enterprise software, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with IT and technical owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum seven years of experience administering, configuring, developing, or integrating engineering or enterprise software.
• Experience with workflow automation, APIs, databases, systems integration, or custom application development.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, project-management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, maintain, and improve AutoCAD, M-Files, Procore, Arena PLM, and specialty engineering applications.
• Manage application licensing, access, permissions, configuration, versioning, upgrades, documentation, and vendor relationships.
• Maintain the company AutoCAD environment, including deployments, profiles, templates, libraries, standards, and custom tools.
• Configure M-Files document workflows, Procore project and correspondence tools, and Arena PLM product and change-control processes.
• Coordinate discipline-specific software administration with technical owners and IT.
• Develop integrations, automated workflows, scripts, utilities, and custom web applications.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, training, advanced support, and application lifecycle planning.
• Lead employees, consultants, or vendors supporting application administration and development.
