Job summary

Bradford White is seeking an Engineering Systems Administrator to administer PDM, PLM, and CAD platforms. You will partner with Engineering and IT to support change processes, data governance, and system integrations across the enterprise.

You will configure workflows, manage revisions, and develop dashboards to drive data accuracy and business insights. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to optimize product data workflows and ensure system reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience with PDM, PLM, and CAD systems in an engineering context.
• Strong understanding of engineering change management, BOMs, document control, and revision management.
• Experience configuring enterprise software applications and workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Autodesk Fusion Manage and Autodesk Vault Professional preferred.

Responsibilities

Job description

The Engineering Systems Administrator is responsible for administering, configuring, and optimizing the organization's engineering systems, including PDM, PLM, and CAD platforms. This role partners with Engineering and IT to support engineering change processes, product data governance, system integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Autodesk Vault Professional and Autodesk Fusion Manage.
• Configure and maintain PDM, PLM, and engineering applications.
• Support engineering change management, document control, revision management, and BOM processes.
• Develop and enhance workflows, permissions, forms, and system configurations.
• Drive product data governance and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Support integration between PLM/PDM, ERP, CAD, and other enterprise systems.

Job Requirements

• Engineering or engineering systems background.
• Experience with PDM, PLM, and/or CAD systems.
• Experience configuring enterprise software applications.
• Strong understanding of engineering change management, BOMs, document control, and revision management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Autodesk Fusion Manage and Autodesk Vault Professional preferred.
• Experience with Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD preferred.
• Experience with PLM/PDM solutions such as Windchill, Teamcenter, ENOVIA, SOLIDWORKS PDM, or similar platforms.
• Experience with CoolOrange PowerJobs or similar automation tools preferred.
• Experience with workflow automation and ERP/CAD integrations.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Microsoft 365 applications, including Office and Visio.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering, IT, and cross-functional business teams.
