Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and maintaining standard work documentation for manufacturing processes.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste.
- Develop reports to track manufacturing performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Learn and understand various manufacturing processes to contribute effectively to the team.
You Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as engineering or technology.
- Experience or coursework related to manufacturing engineering or process improvement.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with engineering software tools.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.

- Advanced coursework or degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
