Job summary

Saint Cyr Partners is seeking an Engineering Supervisor for New Product Development in the Binghamton, NY area. This hands-on leadership role focuses on guiding a multidisciplinary team through design, prototyping, testing, and successful product launches.

You will oversee multiple development programs, balance priorities, and collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Applications to ensure smooth transitions to manufacturing while continuously improving prototyping workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of product development engineering with hands-on prototyping.
• Leadership or mentorship experience.
• Experience with CAD/PLM systems such as Creo and Windchill preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of Design, Development, and Test Engineers.
• Lead new product development from concept through prototyping, validation, and production release.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance in design, prototyping, testing, and design reviews.
• Manage priorities and engineering resources across multiple development programs.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, and Application Engineering to support product development and manufacturing transition.
• Drive improvements to prototyping and product development processes.

We have an outstanding opportunity available for an Engineering Supervisor - New Product Development in the Binghamton, NY area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer to step into a leadership role while remaining actively involved in new product design, prototyping, testing, and product launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of Design, Development, and Test Engineers.
• Lead new product development from concept through prototyping, validation, and production release.
