Job summary

Kingfisher Recruiting is seeking an Engineering Supervisor for New Product Development in the Binghamton, NY area. This role blends hands-on engineering with leadership to drive new product design, prototyping, testing, and launches.

You will mentor a multidisciplinary team, oversee multiple development programs, and partner with Operations, Quality, and Applications Engineering to streamline transitions and improve prototyping processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of product development engineering experience with hands-on prototyping.
• Leadership or technical mentorship experience.
• Experience with CAD/PDM systems such as Creo and Windchill preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product development from concept through prototyping, validation, and production release.

We have an outstanding opportunity available for an Engineering Supervisor - New Product Development in the Binghamton, NY area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer to step into a leadership role while remaining actively involved in new product design, prototyping, testing, and product launch.
