Job summary

Zaddy Solutions is seeking an Engineering Supervisor for New Product Development in the Binghamton, NY area. You will lead a multidisciplinary team through concept, prototyping, validation, and production release, while staying hands-on with design and testing.

You will partner with Operations, Quality, and Application Engineering to transition products to manufacturing, drive process improvements, and mentor engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of product development engineering with hands-on prototyping.
• Leadership or mentorship experience.
• Experience with CAD/PDM systems such as Creo and Windchill preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of Design, Development, and Test Engineers.
• Lead new product development from concept through prototyping, validation, and production release.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance in design, prototyping, testing, and reviews.
• Manage priorities and engineering resources across multiple development programs.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, and Application Engineering to support product development and manufacturing transition.
• Drive improvements to prototyping and product development processes.
