Job summary

Remington Hospitality in California is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to operate central HVAC and mechanical systems following corporate procedures.

The role covers repairing kitchen, laundry, ice machines, refrigeration, boilers and plumbing, plus electrical and gas distribution systems, and proactive preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate central HVAC equipment and mechanical equipment following safe practices and corporate procedures.
• Repair and maintain food production and related kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, ice machines and refrigeration systems, boilers and plumbing and all electrical and natural gas distribution systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical and pneumatic problems and repair them quickly and cost-effectively.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on an ongoing basis.

Job description

• Efficiently and safely operate central HVAC equipment and mechanical equipment using sound engineering practices and specified corporate operating procedures.
• Accurately and efficiently repair and maintain food production and related kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, ice machines and refrigeration systems, boilers and plumbing systems and all electrical and natural gas distribution systems.
• Trouble-shoot electrical and pneumatic problems and repair them as quickly and economically as possible.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on an on-going basis.
