Pike Engineering in Virginia is seeking an engineering professional to provide technical support across infrastructure and environmental projects, mentoring staff and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
You will supervise, review, and guide work from entry to senior staff, manage project scope and budget, and help in recruiting and business development when requested. This role emphasizes continuous improvement and adherence to industry codes.
Provide engineering support and technical assistance to a business unit scale infrastructure and environmental engineering team, adapting help for a wide range of projects and tasks, coaching, mentoring and overseeing work from entry to senior staff, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in all aspects of operations.

Required. Education and/or Experience
Required: A Bachelor's of Science degree from an ABET accredited four-year college or university in Engineering preferably in one of the core engineering disciplines (i.e., Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil).
Experience: 4-7Year(s) Experience in electric utility infrastructure design and engineering.
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: State registration of some type as a professional Engineer (E). is preferred.
