Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering experience in construction equipment, heavy machinery, or related industry.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience leading engineering teams.
• Experience managing complex engineering projects from concept through production.

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to oversee a team of engineers responsible for strategic engineering initiatives, new product development, technology advancements, and cost optimization.
