Supervisor Responsibilities

• Direct Reports: Manage 7 to 10 direct reports, primarily engineers, handling day-to-day issues, challenges, and PTO.
• Project Execution: Ensure projects are executed properly, with well-thought-out designs and adherence to quality standards.
• Operational Procedures: Update and improve operational procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Project Oversight and QAQC

• Project Guidance: Provide guidance on project direction, ensuring the execution team is prepared and aligned with project goals.
• Mentoring: Mentor team members, addressing questions and providing support to enhance their skills and performance.
• QAQC Involvement: Get involved in QAQC tasks, ensuring project quality and adherence to standards.
• Responsible Charge: Oversee project execution and ensuring compliance with requirements.

Education and Experience Requirements

• A professional engineer license is a must-have qualification for the supervisor role.
• Candidates must have at least five years of experience in transmission line engineering.
• Candidates should have an understanding of project management, including budgeting and adherence to timelines.
• Candidates need to understand quality control processes, including developing and using checklists to ensure project quality.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.10 - $72.11/hr.
