The role oversees the factory's project management and engineering activities, including the 5-year capital plan and next year’s projects, ensuring milestones, budgets, and safety standards are met. The candidate will lead multiple capital projects, supervise engineers and contractors, develop training, and contribute to long-term strategy.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in engineering required with strong core business knowledge.
• 5–8 years of applied experience in a processing industry or heavy construction.
• Ability to plan and monitor projects; strong supervisory and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage factory capital projects, including scope, budget, schedule, design, bidding, construction, and startup.
• Supervise factory engineering activities and external contractors; ensure safety and compliance.
• Develop and manage training programs for staff on completed projects; mentor interns and co-ops.
