Job summary

EFCO Forming & Shoring Solutions is seeking a Technical Support Coordinator to back the Engineering Technical Support (ETS) Team from our Des Moines, IA office. You will coordinate frontline ETS support, manage the ETS Request System, and help digitize and deliver digital content including Warehouse Drawings to internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; drafting coursework preferred.
• 2–5 years of EFCO experience or drafting experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Autodesk or related CAD software; strong PC skills.
• Mechanical aptitude, mathematical ability, strong communication and organization.
• Ability to handle pressure, good judgment, confidentiality; limited travel.

Responsibilities

• ETS System Coordination & Frontline Support: Coordinate and provide frontline support to EFCO users worldwide through the ETS Request System and related tools.
• CAD Database & Standard Work Updates: Coordinate CAD Database changes related to Standard Work Order (SWOD) updates, New Product Development, and ETS Requests in collaboration with ETS team members.
• Warehouse Drawings & Digital Content Delivery: Create, maintain, and deliver EFCO's worldwide Standard Product Warehouse Drawings; develop and deliver digital content per guidelines.
• Communications & Special Projects: Assist with ETS Updates, proofreading documents and training materials, presenting content, and supporting additional projects.
