Job summary

EFCO Forming & Shoring Solutions is seeking an entry-level CAD Designer to produce erection drawings for EFCO forming systems. This role offers growth in drafting, engineering, or construction while contributing to impactful projects.

You’ll learn from experienced engineers and drafters, collaborate across teams, and build strong CAD skills as you support sales, manufacturing, and field construction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; drafting coursework a plus.
• Exposure to construction, drafting, or engineering environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create erection drawings for standard and custom projects.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure drawings meet quality standards.
• Assist in managing equipment lists and project-based adjustments.
• Participate in training to learn EFCO products and CAD tools.
• Work under mentorship to grow drafting skills and contribute to design.
